Drain cover broken

On the footpath in front of the cricket club there is a broken drain cover. I did not see it and as I walk on it and it flipped up, my leg went into the whole and I then fell forward. Lucky it was not a child or older person as I have some bad cuts etc by the would have come of worse. Thanks
