Damaged barriers

The barriers between Townsend Cresent and Gorseway have worn over time and been poorly maintained. They look like they need to be removed and/ or replaced. The images show them to be falling apart and nails protruding. There are several areas(particularly footpaths and potholes) around Kirkhill showing signs of dilapidation. I would appreciate if the council could assess and fix, this is just one example.
