Sign post knocked out of ground

At this point there were 2 signpost poles in the ground. They previously held a road sign. The road sign was removed by the council when it became loose and was flapping in the wind. The signpost poles have now been damaged. One is at an angle and one has been knocked out of the ground. It is lying in the field below. The concrete setting is still attached to the pole and has left a deep hole in the ground where it previously was.
