Council hedging damaging my fence

Hi, I live at 36 Abbots Way and there is invasive hedging and brambles up against my fence which has caused some minor damage due to its invasion under and through the fence. The hedging is so tight against the fence that I can’t get in to repair the fence, I also need to add treatment to the fence to prevent rot but the brambles and hedging is preventing me doing so. Can you please send someone out to cut the hedging away from my fence so I can get in to fix and paint it please? Thanks Sarah Audsley
