Someone has killed a deer and butchered it, dumping the entrails in a ditch adjacent to road. Shilburn Road is used frequently every day by walker's and dogs. Due to the lack of rain there's no water in the ditch and the entrails may be a risk to the public and definitely to animals, run off into watercourses.
