Trees and hedge overhanging into road

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7358373.

For several years in a row, NCC appointed contractor has cut surrounding hedges, but missed this short section (150m) - branches now encroaching into road - base trunks are within 1m of road edge - as land owner, could we request a site meeting local NCC rep ? - if so my phone is 07985 203 952 - thanks in advance Simon Farley
