12" pothole
Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7239958.
This is one of many potholes on this stretch of road, from Townhead to the turning into High clear. This seems to be an ongoing problem; The potholes are "mended", i.e. quickly filled and rolled, only to recur 10 to 18 months later, because the "repairs" are not up to a satisfactory , reasonably permanent, standard. Wheel and tyre damage is potential, and personal injury.

An unusually rapid response this time from The Council, but don't know whether or not this was as a result of my notification. All potholes patch filled.
