Graffiti by back entrance to county hall

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7191451.

New graffiti appeared last night on large grey electrical box by gate from Southgate Mews into the County Hall grounds opposite South Gate sub-station. There has recently been bikes being ridden around the grass at night. Please remove before it encourages more graffiti.
