This issue has been ongoing for sometime now. There was an issue whereby NCC were in an argument with Karbon regarding who has responsibility. It has been confirmed that is NCC responsibility. I can provide proof of this if needed. My previous report on this was closed by you with no explanation. The paths need fixed around the whole estate
