Damage and maintenance in astley park

This fence has been previously fixed but has been again vandalised is there way of erecting fencing fit for purpose and may be a gate to stop the ev dirt bike using this pedestrian access as a cut through there has also been some planting ripped up from the borders around the bowling green the salt bin out side the pavilion keeps being empty by vandals also saplings are being destroyed and scattered around the park The fence has been a long term issue the rest is more Recent I’d also like to know when the climbing wall will be replaced but I’m not holding my breath for answer
