Vehicles parking on footpath

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6765308.

On a daily basis cars or vans are parking on the paths which is on a slope facing the gym entrance. I’m unable to pass whilst walking my dog. The kerb is not dropped and they are crossing double yellow lines to park, which is an offence. Whilst they are on the slope an accident could happen and the vehicle could smash into the entrance if their hand brake fails.
