Dog mess all over the path

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6709609.

Someone in the flats is allowing their dog to mess right next to the stairs to the upstairs flats (in the area approximately 63-71 Kearsley Close) and aren't bothering to clean it up. There's dog mess all over the path, you can't avoid it. There's people with children that live here, it's a health hazard! It's happening more and more over the past month and it absolutely stinks.
