Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6562543.

Gangs of youths are congregating in this area and there is burned paper, vapes etc being left on a regular basis HFN are aware Police are involved but unable to instal CCTV as it will monitor innocent path users also
