Litter on side of road

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6547820.

On the east side of the A1068 at the lay-by between Hondalee Farm and the Mile Road junction. There is a tyre and large pieces of cardboard, this has been in the carriageway until a car driver stopped and threw the cardboard into the layby, the driver did not dump the litter he only removed the obstruction from the A1068. Thank you.
