Abandoned BMW X5, SH09KTU, been parked on up on the path for about 5 days, not taxed (tax ran out 28 July 2023, last year), but is tested (till 20 August 2025). Parked in a dangerous position as it blocking the view to the right, when your coming out of Ninth Row, (which is already s bad junction and hard to see what's coming)
