    Our inspection teams will review your report within 10 working days.

    We will investigate drain reports that relate to the following:-

    • Where cars are having to drive on the opposite side of the road due to a blocked drain
    • Where pedestrians are having to walk off the pavement into the road due to a blocked drain
    • Where the road is not passable due to blocked drains
    • Where surface water from the highway is entering business premises
    • Where surface water from the highway is entering private property
    • Where there is a build-up of surface water at a bus stop
    • Where there is a build-up of surface water at pedestrian crossings
