Litter & poo bags dumped

There is the remains of a bin here and people are still using it as such. I've actually just emptied it if 52 poo bags and other litter. However it will begin to fill today. It either needs removing all together or turned into a proper bin. It is unsightly, smelly and will attract vermin. There are bins at Riverside Park play area, then the next isn't until over the Sheepwash Bridge. This is a popular dog walking area and another bin either needs to be placed where this old one is or at the north side of Sheepwash Bridge on the east of it.
