Toilets not clean

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6496860.

Saturday morning, toilets on castle gate car park left in an awful state. Noticed a deteriorating state over month's since refurbishment. Gents and ladies never looking clean apart from the odd bit of bleach squirted in the bowls.
