Footpath leading from A1068 into Ashington Community Woodland has been illegally blocked

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6489722.

The entrance to the public footpath has been deliberately blocked by fly tipped building waste. This is near to the junction with A1068 and the Rugby Club / BA Commercials boundary fence.

There are also 3 x fallen trees completely blocking the path a short distance from the fly tipping.

Please can you reopen the path?
