Traffic lights failed. Safety Issue

Reported via desktop in the Signal Failure category anonymously at 21:35, Thursday 19 September 2024

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6487788.

At this crossing, for some reason there two sets of lights at each side of the carriage way. One set has failed and has been failed for many days. As it happens it completely obscures the one behind unless a few feet from it. In addition overhanging vegetation also obscures the traffic light. Not just at the light but also from a distance. So it can be impossible to see any light from a distance if there is a high sided vehicle in the outside lane.
