General condition of lane - waste

Hi, previously we have been told that the council used to carry out a weekly litter pick of the lane between West and East terrace, however this has not been completed for months. The state of the lane is in a poor state and in serious need of a clean / sweep, to prevent health issues. If we could please be provided with these services which were promised it would be greatly appreciated.
