Tree from council property next door knocking my fence down

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6479121.

The huge tree next door is growing huge and is putting all the weight on my fence and coming into my property. I'm concerned as have a young children, I'm. Worried incase the fence or tree falls into my property and hurts my child
