Path surface dangerous condition

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6472106.

No idea why this says under (path/footway) section it’s not council responsibility, when it’s fully lit by council lampposts, park is council owned , grass next it is cut by council and countless signs on every post and lamppost headed with “Northumberland County Council”

This section of foot path that runs past the riverside cafe and along past the park is a disgrace

    From a public right of way viewpoint the surface of the footpath is acceptable and not in disrepair.

    It would be desirable from a county council perspective for improvements to be made and carried out but currently there are no identifiable schemes to carry out improvement works in the future.
