Burst sand bag sand loose on street paving.

There has been a burst and bag at the bottom of West Street for months. The bag is now gone with the wind, and the sand is still there, now hidden by a sign. However it’s loose, and gets on the pavement making it slippy to walk on as I found out a few months ago, and reported it to you. It was swept up to a tidy heap, but remains there waiting to be blown about again and be dangerous to pole on foot.
