Diseased fungi bracket at base of tree and split.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6454683.

Flowing on from case reference 101008323641 The tree is now showing advanced stages of disease.

With the winter coming and the ground getting soft. It may be worth considering a full removal. On the grounds of section 154 of the highways act 1980.

There are also other trees in the estate that fit into the amber risk assessment if not red due to how advanced the disease is in some cases.
