Rubbishaccumulating in Ridley and Unity terrace back lane

There are several properties in Ridley and Unity terrace which have rubbish accumulating outside their property in the main lane. This includes three sofas, fridge, TV stand, plastic children toys, old door, and other miscellaneous items. This is causing a health risk as there are many elderly people living in the area and rats have been seen in the back lane. It also means that people cannot use the footpaths as they are blocked in several places. This is a repeated problem from these properties - nothing seems to be done to stop it. the rubbish has been lying for several weeks.
