The trees are no longer sitting uprightand are tilting at a 45 degrees also a large branch hanging from tree

2 trees sitting at a 45 degres angle the next high winds will bring them down potentially onto houses. We have recently had a tree in this area fall for no reason. A large branch hanging from a tree could fall onto somebody walking along cycle track
