Tree damage and overhanging

The tree is overhanging my garden by about 3 metres and is so large is interwining with another tree in the opposite garden. The branches are also above and below my guttering and blow against it in the wind. The tree trunk is right against my fence and as it moves puts pressure on it. I have reported this previously, with reference 101007880174, this was in July 2022.
