Lots of flytipping blocking the garages and road

The fly tipping is now blocking the road and garages for access Been added too for weeks now Come on NCC sort this out If you have cctv here surely you can spot who is dumping rubbish It’s now accumulating behind the shops on Elsdon Ave too Looks an eye sore Blocking the garages for access to cars
