A Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging problem has been found by Northumberland County Council Hi I live at 26 Hallington Drive Seaton Delaval, NE250JB.The field next to my house is over grown with weeds.Some at the side of my fence growing into my garden and some further over.Most are as tall as the fence.
