Lovergrown grass on kerb

I reported same last year. Weed sprayer doesn’t get to my e area at bottom of hill. I am disabled and am unable to kneel down and do it my self as one of our r sidents we’re doing this morning. I pay my taxes and don’t see why I do not get service. They are nice houses but the area looks unkept and outside my house is like the day of the triffids. I live at 9 Melrose Avenue Seaton Delaval. I would welcome a visit. Thank you
