Very large tree over grown and very high which hits phone cables the roots are so large they are coming back up to the surface where it’s planted.This is on an end property of the street in a small side garden which is a council property

This tree has been there for over 30 years whilst I have lived here it just seems to get bigger and bigger as time goes on and seems to be more leaning towards a public footpath and road
