Tree growing very high against our fence

I first reported this last year, the tree is growing against our fence, we are worried it will get damaged. The overhanging branches are causing so much mess with bird droppings etc that we can’t use that corner of our garden anymore. When the pollen starts I can’t hang out the washing as it gets covered in pollen. Could someone please acknowledge this report and arrange for the overhanging branches to be cut back. Many thanks.
