Dog fouling

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5934138.

We in the location are having problems with people allowing their dogs to run over people's gardens also allow ING there dogs to poop not just on the gardens but all around on the green and paths they are not picking it up , such a shame to use holy well dean as a big dog toilet , thankyou for your time any help would be appreciated.
