Dog fouling and Noise complaint

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5915996.

Residents in number 13 Ambleside close have 3 dogs in small enclosed space that bark and howl continuously day/night. Dogs are unexercised and foul in the garden, the smell of which emanates into surrounding gardens. Reports have been made to environmental health and rspca also, but residents have zero disregard for their neighbours. ASBO should be given
