Damage to car due to narrow road on bend when meeting log lorry

Reported via mobile in the Road Markings - Worn/Faded category anonymously at 15:53, Tuesday 16 April 2024

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5861254.

Returning home on the B6352 near Bowmont Manse/Redsford Junction heading East. I counter a very large, very fast log lorry on my side of the road, who did not slow down and even after pushing me into the hedge with the left of my car, continued on his way! This road is a very serious accident waiting to happen, not me today but my car will need paint repairs all along the left side, I have notified my insurance company citing that the road is dangerously narrow with no signage. This has left me shaken and with a very unnecessary repair! Hedge at this corner is also encroaching on the road itself! Not or very faded markings. I await your response.
