A Dog Fouling problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5643440.

Customer reports that 2 large pit bull type dogs who live in the street are just allowed to roam and consequently there is dog dirt everywhere. Customer believes that the owner was sent a letter some time last year about the same thing and for a while he kept his gate shut to keep the dogs in, but that has gone by the wayside and now they just escape. Can anything be done about this please??
