4th bungalow with ramp - number 7 Disabled wheel chair resident struggling As tree debris and leaves causing the pavement be slippy and dangerous The tree is located outside number 1 & 3 Elsdon Ave He has already fell and is now weary of using his ramp due to this tree and debris
