A Obstruction (Not Vegetation) problem has been found

Customer says there are signs out along The Avenue aimed at contractors/construction workers on the new school site advising that they must park onsite, however construction workers cars are being parked in Greenlands Court which is causing access problems for residents. The turning into Greenlands Court off The Avenue is quite tight anyway but the parking issue is making the situation worse. The only pavements in the court are along the access road off The Avenue so the haphazard parking within the court creates access problems for the residents. Customer's husband is on palliative care and often has visits from medical professionals who struggle to get parked nearby. I have advised that unless there are parking restrictions anyone is allowed to park anywhere, but customer says part of the close is a private road so they should be parking there anyway. The construction company building the new school is BAM.
