A Wheelie Bin cleaner empties effluent directly onto footpath which I consider to be a form of fly tipping. Effluent should be captured and returned to Norhumberlan Water Authority for processing.

Reported via desktop in the Fly-tipping category anonymously at 09:26, Thursday 15 February 2024

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5579625.

A Wheelie Bin cleaner just empties the water used to clean dirty bins directly onto the footpath. This occurs at EVERY location where he cleans the bins. The bins cleaned contain dogs poo, babies nappies, and other toxic substances unknown. Small pieces of rubbish also wash out onto the footpath. We walk through this toxic solution and directly into our houses, my dog goes crazy to sniff around the toxic liquids and large brown rats can often be seen in the area. The reg number of the vehicle used is NJ61 PHA. Photos and videos available upon request.
