Removal of waste from house

Reported via mobile in the Fly-tipping category anonymously at 18:36, Tuesday 6 February 2024

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5540352.

People are removing waste from 24 Ridley Terrace,, burning waste out front in an oil drum, leaving the fire burning unmonitored. This is unsafe and a risk to people and property. They're leaving detritus on the street, hoping scrap men or scavangers remove them for free. This is also preventing dog walkers , pushchairs and wheelchairs to safely pass. This is also leaving a pungent odour in the air and in homes. I cannot open my windows because of this smell. I would have attached a photo, however I have removed the items and placed back into their empty boundary for public safety. This has been occurring for 3 weeks.
