Rubbish blown into NCC Gardens

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5399434.

Customer has advised open plan gardens are NCC responsibility and waste has blown there from other properties and she cannot remove any more (has already done 15 bags).

Can someone come and remove it please?
