Tree on grass has overgrown branches hitting my house, they get stuck in the roofline and guttering

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5363650.

Tree branches hit my property 22 norham close, they bray off the house in the wind and get stuck in the roofline and guttering, this has been an issu for years, I did ask your workmen if they would trim the branches as they were chippin trees that fell in a storm but they couldnt
