Double Yellow Lines Unserviceable

The double yellow lines (running between the junctions of Townfoot and Haw Hill) in Bridge St are unserviceable i.e., when someone parks on them civil enforcement officers are unable to address the contravention. This has been an issue reported a number of times for nearly a decade.
