Category changed from ‘Fly-tipping’ to ‘Other Right of Way Issue’

  • This gets downgraded to an "access" issue, its nothing to do with access. This is the main entrance into the properties on Hartley Gardens. Having lived in this lane for over 37 years, we were under the impression that we had to remove our bin from the street. When the lids are left open and rubbish is over topping the bin, its a dreadful aesthetic. Please note: Alucia Court and Mini Merry's nursery have storage within the respective yards. So in conclusion, this is best addressed as Fly Tipping
