Large pothole at entry to car park beside disabled bays

Reported via desktop in the Potholes (Road) category anonymously at 10:34, Sun 3 September 2023

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4953137.

This pothole has been here for months, getting larger all the time. Thrice when I have been parked in the disabled bay nearest to the exit of East Street I have almost had the front end of may car damaged by cars trying to miss it. Someone is going to damage their car as it is becoming deeper.

  • If this is not fixed some small car is going to come to grief and they will sue the council. There are now two holes and the large one is getting deeper by the day.

It is not only a problem for cars but could be dangerous for someone who is visually handicapped and is perhaps alone without someone to point this out.
