Fly tipping with broken access gate.

Reported this a few months ago, received message from Northumberland Council it was resolved, clearly its not. Misreporting. Broken access gate at junction of wellhead dene Road and Wansbeck Road Ashington allows fly tippers into the quary road. All along that road the piles of rubbish are growing. Fix the gate.
