Bus stop bin

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4942893.

The bus stop bin has no back and people are putting the dog waste bags straight through it and into my hedge, this bin needs a back to it to stop this from happening I’m sick of having to pick waste bags up especially as I am a non dog owner
