Dropped kerbs are regularly obstructed

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4843823.

The dropped kerbs to side of Lakes and Dales are regularly obstructed with parked cars so wheelchair users cannot cross easily and safely.
